Most items are custom made. Please allow 2-3 days for processing of most orders. Larger orders may require additional time if extra materials are needed. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will always try our best to represent in stock items in our store alleviate any down time.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Returns on custom printed items are not accepted although if we make a mistake on the order we will gladly remake the item with the proper corrections.
